So anything below 49% is alright, afirm?
The minimum is 51%
if a company has already sold many stocks and only 20% or smth is left, and buying like 10% makes you a major shareholder, then you cant do that
depends on the amount of stocks left
basically you can’t go above 49% of the remaining stocks
ok

We are pleased to announce a Pacific Joint Venture between Delta, Tokyo Air (including Freedom Air), Aeromexico, Korean, and Cathay Pacific. Departures from major hubs on both sides of the ocean will be coordinated, to provide better coverage, and better service.
We are also announcing we are starting our own alliance. And we will take the airlines we invest in (Over 10%) with us. maybe.
We will also start luxury hotel brands. I am bored
Enkelhet - Scandinavian Simplistic hotels in North America, Europe, and East Asia
Shizukesa - Industrial Zen hotels in the same regions
Shimane - Traditional Japanese hotel in regions with hot springs

The F-35’s which have been ordered for the IAF will have India specific upgrades and will be delivered in CKD form, which will be assembled by Tata-Lockheed Martin Limited in their Telangana facility. IAF also has the freedom to integrate any system that’s used on any other aircraft and also has the access to the main computers of the aircraft.
The first 2 units will join the IAF on 15th August.
Those are all really good location choices. Steam Boat and Glenwood will definitely get a fair bit of attention. Sulphur Springs too.
Conundrum could compete with Glenwood, so if you do that one, I’d recommend making it a little smaller and a bit more upscale (as it’s closer to Aspen) and do Glenwood as your main one for the Roaring Fork Valley.
