Embraer vs Bombardier: The Little Plane War

Well, you don’t understand what I’m trying to say but okay.

Atleast you aren’t calling it some weird stuff like “Embra Air/Embra err 145” (If you speak it)

You said e jet or whatever you call it.
So I gave an answer.

Well, E-Jet stands for Embraer-Jet I’m pretty sure.

Yeah but it refers to the 170 - 195 I’m pretty sure.
At least that’s what I’ve seen.

Well, ERJ’s are the little ones, (ERJ-135, ERJ-140, ERJ-145), E’s are the bigger ones, (E170, E175, E190, E195), basically.

Yea lol.

Even though EMB is still mostly used for the others too, but yea.

I personally say E120, but for the 110, it’s EMB.

Why would you not say the same designation :joy:
One is a higher capacity and more modern version. They’re both props and similar lol

The only similarities between the E120 and EMB110 is that they’re turboprops made by Embraer that can use short, rough runways. Other than that, they’re quite different.

That’s like calling the E-135 and E-145 very different though.

Yea, like the B-732 and B-739M for example.

They aren’t that different, but if you look at the design, it changes pretty much, especially the nose which is very similar to the ERJs.

No, the E135 and the E145 are part of the same family. They are the same plane.

The EMB110 and E120 are completely different. They don’t share a design, unlike the ERJ family.

EMB110:

E120:
