Seriosuly, ZeroE if it goes ahead will be a disaster…most likely is just PR: Like the MD-12 and others

let’s hope they do and die, just like the A380 but much worse

Like…what airline in their right mind would order it, especially becuase Boeing and Airbus are making aircraft all less than 5 years old in all segments?

I want ERJ E2

Wish they weren’t considering a 797
They need to make the 757-9 (modern 757-200)
Idc if the 797 is supposed to be a similar plane. If they make the 797 first, the 757 will never be remade and it’s way better than whatever the 797 will be

Honestly, if today they chose to go ahead with a 757-X they can probably get it out by 2024

Airbus did the same with the A330neo: 3 3/4 years from launch to EIS

we need an E2 of the electra

Yeah. Just remake the engines and wings to be more efficient
Perfect competitor for the A321XLR since they think the neo competes with the 757

So…airbus stretches an aircraft…puts new engines on it…increases the range…increases the range again…and call it a competitor? What a joke…

Ikr
It’s still more cramped too

The only reason most airlines are ordering the XLR is because Boeing hasn’t released the NMA yet
