Yup, 50th for the group
Yup, first MAX for Korean Air. Will post it when it completes at least first segment. (There are some times, about once a quarter where an aircraft will return to Seattle, so just to ensure it doesn’t do that, I wait until it has completed its first segment)
Rednose!
Yup, former Norwegian example. Will be going to Smartlynx alongside EI-GZD in April as their 2 new MAX’s that they ordered at the start of the month!
Starting beginning of April American will be switching to the MAX8 on their SNA-ORD route
Once again a single update for today, but it is surely a good one!
Korean Airlines has taken delivery of their first 737-MAX family aircraft! Specifically, the inaugural aircraft they took is a MAX-8 with the registration of HL8348 and an MSN of 63436. It was delivered to the airline on its delivery flight from Seattle to Seoul via Anchorage and Tokyo, and the aircraft will be entering into service with Korean Air in the near future!

A trio of updates this evening, let’s jump right in.
First, a MAX-9 bound for Copa. This specific example has a registration of HP-9916CMP and an MSN of…some 5 digit number (unspecified lol). Anyways, the aircraft was delivered to Copa on its delivery flight from Seattle to Panama City, and it will be entering into service later this month!
