It’s dry where I live. The line where everything becomes desert isn’t too far from where I live. Plus most of the snow we get is very light, very dry snow.

Facts. In October we got 20" in one night. That was the biggest storm of the year though.

michigan is stupidly humid, being surrounded by 4 massive lakes and all, so basically air conditioning is on most or all of the time inside
California doesn’t get snow. Unless you’re like, North Norcal or high up.

we got like 30 inches here in mid-march, got the day off on tuesday since the snow came on saturday and sunday, and since i only had asynchronous lessons on monday i technically had a 4-day weekend, i made 110 dollars from shoveling as well so that was pretty cool

The funny thing about the snow where I live, is that no matter how much you get, its usually all melted by noon. But, if you drive just 20mins east to Glenwood, it sticks around for most of the winter.

last week i was in michigan it also hailed there, there was two rounds of severe storms that night, one that came in around midnight EDT and produced mostly rain, then one that woke me up around 3-4 AM as there was mostly lightning as well, looked really cool through the curtains of the spare room of my grandparents house as they were really thin
