I mean of course we use it. We were a British Colony.
We just take a spin on everything to make it independent.

Like the Imperial System. The UK and other British Commonwealths use a hybrid Imperial/Metric. We just use standard Imperial.

Germany and Belgium are out.

Not really, take Singapore for example - they are fully metric, just like many other Commonwealth nations (53 in total.)

Most of them use only metric as their official measurement as far as I know.
