Minorly crowded (to be expect of the world’s 3rd busiest), but it’s easier to get to and through than most other airports. One terminal so even if you go to the wrong side, you’re still in the same place. All concourses are easily connected, so if you get off the train at the wrong one there’s no worries. One road in and out (unlike most airports). Plenty of baggage carousels, so there’s no over crowding to get you bags.
It’s really one of the only mega hubs designed with passenger efficiency in mind.

I still feel kinda bad for saying the “plastic leather like” seats kinda suck on Discord while he was around, since for some reason he helps with making/designing them…
