A pot or steam oven are acceptable, but we all know that a rice cooker is the proper way to go.

I use the pot method. But I don’t have a rice cooker or a steam oven.

As far as I can tell it tastes pretty much the same as those two ways.

That’s fine, but just don’t use a sauce pan. Don’t.

Imo a sauce pan is just a smaller pot.

I’m not about to make a whole 3 gallons of rice in the big stew pot because the two smaller pots that we have are technically sauce pans.

What’s wrong with a saucepan though…

If that isn’t a crime against humanity, I don’t know what is.

That’s every step you can ever possibly get wrong.

Idk. I just use it as a small pot.

Oh, you clearly haven’t seen how Jamie Oliver cooks fried rice…

Trust me, nothing can physically be as bad as freeze dried scrambled eggs. I’m pretty sure that they wouldn’t even serve that sh*t to people in prison.

Who even adds water to the rice when it’s halfway done?
That’s probably the worst possible way to mess up fried rice. You just don’t add water to it. Simple as that.

Oh hey person with the gae330.

Just wait till you see Uncle Roger’s reaction to Jamie Oliver’s fried rice…
