World Flying Community Off-Topic Discussion (Part 16)

@DeltaDev13 Airlines probably, aka Delta.

Sadly, yeah. DL used to fly 757s sooooooo much here, especially the ones without winglets, but they just stopped…

Although on the second flight, it could be a 753. :eyes:

If you want to fly on Delta 757s, go to Salt Lake.

New terminal though…

I’d LOVE to go to DEN, sooo many pencils there.

That reminds me of a time where my flight to LAS got delayed, and they offered us a flight from SAN-SLC-LAS. We took that offer lmao

LAS is cool ngl.

It’s filled with the casino smell last time I went

Nice. I wanna go to the shooting range they have there so badly lol.

Shame Allegiant doesn’t fly cool planes anymore… :pensive:

There’s more 757s at Salt Lake.

Also, if you hate SLC’S layout, DEN is pretty much the same.

No. Denver better.

Edited comment.

Except for, like 2 extra runways that are oriented differently if I’m not mistaken.

Not talking about runways. Concourse layout.

SLC has three parallel N-S runways and one small one (14/22). DEN is 4 N-S, two E-W.

Well, DEN was always ugly like that, SLC just sucks now imo.

14/32 or 4/22?

What is with that weird crap going on at Denver about anyways, lol.

Awh yis, Deltuh 738 just departed from my house, love the noise of them engines.

No, they don’t fly to Bonaire, SW is boring anyways…

Delta Scarelines > Southbestn’t.

Trust me, flying through the old SLC was a nightmare. Regular connection times were less than 30mins, flights regularly were late to arrive at a gate as there wasn’t enough for the amount of traffic, all RJs flew into the E-gates, yet most of DL’s flights were on the other side of the airport at the C-gates.

The layout worked when SLC was low traffic, but now they’re one of the busier ones and the old design just couldn’t handle the traffic.
