Fun fact: At least on American

Pilots are prohibited from wearing a mask in the cockpit. In case of a depresurrseion, the pilots need to get other O2 mask, and the regular mask might interfere because in such a crazy situation, it might be forgotten to be taken off. Plus if it is On, it can restrict the flow of air to the pilot
