I’ll start off with mine:

International Anadolu Airways (IAA)

Connecting the heart of Turkey to the world.

Hubs:
Ankara (ESB/LTAC) / Population 5.5 million / Capital of Turkey

Ankara is a very big city (2nd in Population and Size) and is the capital of Turkey. However, almost no International flights operate (apart from low-cost to Eastern Europe) from here and
all of the people around Ankara have to take a connection from Istanbul Airport, which is very inconvenient. As a former resident I would be very happy to see transatlantic or flights to Eastern Asia from Ankara.

Izmir (ADB/LTBJ) / Population 4.5 million / Popular holiday destination

Same story with Izmir. It is slightly a bigger airport than Ankara but doesn’t get many international flights except low cost holiday operators. (Jet2, Tui etc)

Routes

From ESB:
Frequent flights to US and Canada.
Some flights to Japan, China, India, and eastern Asia
Few flights to Brazil and Argentina.
Rare flights to South Africa
Frequent domestic
Frequent flights to major Europe capitals (LHR, MAD, HEL, you make it)

From ADB:
Some flights to the US
Some flights to Eastern Asia
Very frequent domestic flights
Frequent flights to major Europe Capitals

Fleet:
30x B737-8 MAX for flights to Europe and busy domestic flights
10x Embraer E190-E2 for domestic flights
45x B787-9 for long hauls
25x Boeing 777-300ER for busy long hauls

Hoping to seal a nice deal with Boeing, at least a 20-30% discount. If I can’t, I will replace the B787-9s for A359s.
