It’s actually Aomori in northern Tōhoku region, Honshu.
They get an average of 567cm of snow per year - 88cm more than Sapporo in Hokkaido.

Dang, Tallahassee is going to have a low of 25° on Christmas. I’ll be honest, I never knew that Florida could get that cold.
Weirdly, that’s also what our low temperature will be on Christmas, but we’ll only have a high of 37° instead of 48°.

I mean this is the coldest winter season is Florida history it’s so cold due to us being impacted by hurricane Ian which he pretty much screwed up the weather pattern and in that’s why it’s so cold
