N206UA has been in the main post for a while. She is confirmed to be in the new livery. There is no evidence suggesting that N219UA was painted while in HKG. Unless there is a credible source, she will not be added to the WIP section.

I think that the United Continental Merger is a classic much like the battle ship grey but represents a bad time for united with all the bad publicity they got for awhile there. So I think that the new livery was needed as it helps show members of the public that they have changed as they did have a bad reputation for a bit
