All flights out of Bogland Capital International Airport have been delayed for at least two hours. A Delta CRJ-700 suffered and engine failure on takeoff and debris needs to be removed from the runway. No cause has been determined yet, but it is believed to be a birdstrike or fanblade failure. There are no reported injuries or fatalities. The plane, N611QX, is likely to be returned to service.
