Make #general and #uncategorized a single thing

Uncategorized and General have the same function, so I think we should only have a single category.

We are not using general, the only reason why we have it is because it’s required to have general, but general doesn’t come with a bar, which gets my OCD. Basically, general service is a holding point for categories that don’t have a category, which in this forum it is used as uncategorized

Can you rename general and recategotize everything? I can help with that

I’m still working with Discourse to get it out, take some work though, so standby and I will try to get it figured out.
