That doesnt happen in aircon coaches…
My car has aircon, but I enjoy the fresh air from opening a window. My house has aircon, but we prefer to open the windows in the evening for fresh air.

indian non aircon coaches have them
aircon coaches and buses here dont have opening windows
coaches dont have due to speed limitation
many of our fastest trains are full aircon without opening windows
