why would you use an A359 on a one hour flight?
Look, the demand is so high that there are 16 daily flights from HND to CTS excluding return flights.
If we count the latter as well there are 32 in total.
Asian airlines are famous for using widebodies on very short flights for exactly this reason.
But isn’t that the opposite of what an A359 is supposed to do?
at that point, why didn’t they use a 600-700 seater A388
more fuel efficient
700 seat a388s are more fuel efficient for the Tokyo-Sapporo route
Welp, the airline (or actually, booking agency) just changed the tickets a SECOND time due to some “system errors”. I’m not sure what happened there, but anyway.
Flight 1 is now back to JL44 but on December 19.
Flight 2 is now JL527 on December 20, operated by a B767-346ER.

Might kms. I got booked onto AA to fly home for thanksgiving break sadly. First time flying them since January 2018. I didn’t book this myself, but I understand why my parents did as it’s the only daily nyc-bda flight. They hate AA as well lol. We woulda booked delta if the dates lined up but sadly it’s AA
