I’ve been wondering about this for a long time.
How does video IFE work? How does audio IFE work? How do airlines stream movies and music into their seats? How would airlines download content onto the seats? What supplies would be needed?

My mom made a huge mistake of buying a pair of seats (they were too expensive) and I want to try to stream my own music and moves onto them.
Idk what ever they do to program the wires into the plane’s electrical systems.
Clearly the wires connect into the floor somewhere
If u see a lump on top of an airplane, that means it has in-flight wifi which then allows u to stream entertainment. Not sure if you know this already.
