The way things are looking though, we’re probably going to get the MAX8 to maintain some sort of fleet commonality.

ok nice

i was about to kill

We were looking at the A220-300, but it was just a bit too small. We’re eyeing more of the 180 seat market for the MAX as we’ve already got the 733/4/5 for the sub-150.

One of our A220-300s was hit by severe turbulence on approach to Mumbai. It was flying from Colombo to Mumbai. 10 passengers were severely injured and one passenger broke his neck on the overhead bins.

@KGJT-9149 how do you even repair these 733’s and 735’s and 752’s?

I guess that’s fine, but in this post you’d made it sound like they were for sale.

Oooh. Yeah, we were leasing some 733/5s from you. Every other aircraft in our fleet is owned by us though.

Speaking of which, as of 6/8/21, we will be placing an order with Boeing for 3 MAX8s and 3 MAX9s.

Yes. We played the old “airbus offered us a better price for the neo” card, so we did get some of the price knocked down. The price for each MX8 was 106.5mil and each MX9 was 113.4mil.
