I will be proclaiming the Federal Japanese Republic exactly 7 days from now. We will implement new laws regarding standard of living, rights, and etc. However, the 9th Article will be retained, albeit loosely, and we will retain some offensive capabilities, until at least 2050, or voted by 4/5 of the Diet of Japan
