Not necessarily. Windows that open, sure, you could call that a door, but there’s a lot of windows that don’t open that cannot be counted.

Yes, but there are also a lot of doors, including many that are located in ‘hidden’ components (not visible to the passengers and crew during a flight) but are vital in order for the aircraft to operate safely.
