I really hope it doesn’t replace the A320neo

And in the northwest livery

Why do you guys keep using the IATA things

Like B7M9 or whatever that code is

Like bruh you can just say max 9

I doubt it will. The chances of Airbus actually going through with a BCS5 is very low. No one wanted the A319neo, so it wasn’t a big deal for them to compete with themselves there, but the A20N has too many sales for them to compete internally.

They wouldn’t be dumb enough to make a plane just for DAL, AF and AirBaltic

…or would they?

I mean, they could, and I guess I’d support it, but I doubt it will happen.

No, the ICAO is B39M

That’s unusual. Like B39M is quite different from Max 9. Though I get the idea.

The A320neo is still better though

I mean the 7 is kinda unecessary, so yeah it’s the (7)39 but MAX

But I like the MAX better than the neo. So, a competitor to the neo is fine by me.

That’s literally what the MAX is…

Ok, something to internally replace the neo.

I really hope Airbus makes the A220-500 and the A220neo

so Boeing’s cleansheet 737 replacement destroys the A220 in every way :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I wouldn’t mind since it’s the A220

I mean it isn’t even an Airbus :joy:

I’d like to see both exist. As long as the A320neo gets destroyed, I’m happy. The point of the CS is supposed to fill the gap between RJ and full sized, not to be a full blown main line jet.

and that’s exactly what the BCS5 is trying to be
