I did a 2h flight on a CRJ9, and the V-Speeds I got for takeoff were literally off the charts for a regional jet 
About 83% load, with 2.5h of fuel and ~70 passengers
V1 - 160 VR - 165 V2 - 169
I suppose that’s why the larger CRJs are notorious for needing ridiculous amounts of runway
P. S. I got lower V-speeds on an A350 at 83% load and Flaps 2
