First bit is like pronouncing Hanoi, but with ai instead (stressed sound being on the i, so it ends up sounding like han-eye).

Don’t feel too bad @system. I’m terrible at spanish too. There’s been numerous times at my job where I have answered phone calls with ‘Yo no hablo espagnol, do you speak english ma’am?’ They usually hang up after they respond with some gibberish that I can’t understand.

Mi gente, I am bad at spanish as well. I took a year of intro to Spanish classes and I don’t remember a single thing except the potluck we had at the end of the year where someone made paella by burning rice in a pan with dried shrimp.

When I say a perfectly normal word, even in English, it flags it. I don’t know why.
