Ruby’s is one of the best diners in HB (yes, I know they have them in places like Houston, but this Ruby’s is iconic in HB). They have really good burgers and root beer floats.

They’re gonna turn it into an upscale seafood restaurant, which absolutely kills the quick, simple, inexpensive, and delicious food tradition of the HB Pier Ruby’s.
