Ah, one place that is a must is the Museum of Flight, it’s adjacent to Boeing Field and there is some awesome stuff there. Includes, but not limited to:

The first 747
A 787 Prototype
A Concorde
A 727

And then you have Boeing Aircraft being tested in the background!

Oh, and (if they are open) you should go up to Everett and take a Boeing Factory Tour, it’s truly an awesome experience as you go into the largest building in the world (fun fact)
