My own one TNVA. No interest sadly and people keep leaving with no notice. I’m probably going to have to shut the doors soon if things don’t pick up. There is a plan in place and is being rolled out.

But nobody is flying though and after a pilot audit there really isnt anyone left

Yes indeed it is. Everything we’ve tried such as events, or nice prizes have failed miserably.
Plus, the only PIREPs being filed are mine and 1 other person. Check flights are not progressing as nobody will send in replays or organise a time. It’s kinda bad

I know how much work you must’ve put in as I myself started a VA, and all of that amounting to shutting down a few months later due to inactivity stinks
