Then that probably means that the image I had wasn’t from the original source either.

the image you got was probably reposted a fair amount of times before it surfaced onto your screen
edit: it does seem like the beligerants list was removed at or around the start of 2017 for reasons beyond me, then being replaced by an option to show a slimmed down list which seems to have been removed entirely sometime this year
