Nah, Trent 1000s like 5 or so years back had a whole bunch of near fan blade crack incidents. Essentially, a whole bunch of them had several blades which were close to having full cracks along the blade, which would have broken the blade into pieces, if this were to occur in flight, it would impact other blades causing them to break, causing the disintegration of the engine

That’s definitely an RB-211 off a 747-400, probably British Airways.
