Oh please, like every other manufacturer doesn’t give heavy discounts on planes to get airlines to order them. They just don’t usually get sued.

I kinda doubt that. DL was already starting to transition to Airbus, so they likely would have got the CS once it became the A220.

To be fair, it wasn’t with an airline. But they’ve sold military aircraft to the government for well below manufacturing costs.
