To be fair we and AZ do get the last of the water that comes down from it. We only get the water that’s on our border. And we have more people so obviously we take what we need.

So does Israel. But we don’t need to. If we just build holding facilities we wouldn’t run out. And we passed a state wide bond to build them but of course we didn’t use those billions of dollars for that. Why would we use the money for what we said it was for? Stupid state officials
