Some parts yes, some parts no. A lot of it is pretty run-down industrial stuff, and there’s a large homeless population, and a pretty big drug problem. But, there’s also some really nice areas. Clifton is probably the worst of it.

That’s what you’d think. It’s weird, it seems like the colder cities have some of the largest homeless populations.
