United Airlines Evo-Blue Livery Repaint Thread

Oh yes, another day, another MAX. Or so it seems…anyway, here we have this next aircraft that was delivered to United N37528! It has been flown to Denver for it’s entry into service in the near future!

Unfourtanetly, due to the PW4000 groundings affecting the 777s N791UA is grounded, so it might be awhile until we get a photo from this aircraft

Maybe this will allow United to paint these aircraft, especially if some are in ORD, IAH, or DEN.

Maybe, but they would have to be either

  1. A United Airlines hub with a maintenance facility which are ORD, DEN, IAH, SFO, and EWR I think (you could confirm that though)

  2. A repainting facility capable of holding 777s, which there is only one: KFTW

  3. A Maintinence Facility airport that is not a hub like HNL

EWR has the capacity, but it would be too costly to move the necessary materials from other facilities.

Besides, you guys don’t really have 772s, you get 763 and 4s, and 77Ws and some 789 and Xs

Barely. It’s mainly the dash 10 and the 773

The nines are generally only used transcontinental and very few transatlantic’s

And the 763 it seems, although neither of us are the EWR expert here. That Honor falls to @anon94363592

Well…you wanna take a guess what plane it is? Hint: It has been 7 out of 9 updates…a 737-MAX 9! Here you are, newly delivered to United, will enter service along with several others! Here is the aircraft on the ground in Renton on some ground checks before delivery, N27526!

Wow, nearly 3 weeks without a repaint…interesting. Of course, looking at the data they just did several United Express aircraft, so probably explains it. Anyway, a plane I have been waiting for a photo on a few weeks, this Airbus A320-200 N419UA!
