Yeah, they sell pre-orders lol, only makes sense, 90% of other places sell their models for 35-50 depending on the company and size.
The models I have are years old and aren’t being re-released.

ANZ All Blacks 772 isn’t too rare but most of them sell for an upwards of $75. Not sure which release, i’d have to look it up.
You wouldn’t find it on any regular website other then waffle collectibles. Everything is aftermarket.
QantasLink A320 is still in stock in stores for example so thats why i’m selling it same as online stores such as the one you use.

It depends on the demand too. Southwest 738’s for example are extremely high in demand hence why they sell for $120 on ebay
