I’ve gotten word from the Hawaii Police Department. A Japanese man wearing a white t-shirt and jeans was shot dead by a homeowner after he found him breaking into his house in Kula Kai View Estates in Ocean View, a town about two miles west of Naalehu. The man has been identified as 26 year old Koji Nakamura, who lives in Kobe. We were sent a sketch of the man and it’s definitely him.
