Last time I flew with them we had premium economy no my o. The 75 and 737. Both of those seats had less legroom than jetblues a320 and e190. They ain’t good. They also cost a lot more than jetblue
I flew premium economy too and I had a ton of legroom. No idea what you did wrong but my flight was really good.
My first wrong desicion was picking AA over UA, DL or JB

I flew on the same plane, same config and my legs hurt after an hour and a half long flight. Worst airline in the big 3 by far

Let’s take a look at the figures:
American Airlines B738: 30-31 inches (76.2-78.74cm) of seat pitch in economy
United Airlines B738: 30 inches (76.2cm)
Delta Air Lines B738: 31-32 inches (78.74-81.28cm)
Therefore what you get on AA isn’t significantly better or worse than the other two.

I flew for an hour and a half and I came out with chronic back pain, AA sucks
I also mention snacks earlier. AA Is in last for that as well. They have probably changed them up but I doubt it beats the UA stroop waffle and the JB pop corners
and the fact that DL has TVs on almost all narrow bodies (no 717 but it’s gone in a few years so idc about that). UA is actively working on re adding TV after their mistake and JB has always had TVs and have revamped to have better TVs and are slowly beginning to retire the e190s without them. AA is the only US airline me out of the big 3 to not have or be actively re introducing IFEs
