I like their first class, if you want good seats, be sure to fly the E175 in economy, they are comfortable. The regular A321 seats are fine, if you don’t have a personal item you have plenty of legroom, just the NEO. The width is horrible, its like a box, I prefer the E175 over anything.

I just booked a SWA flight from KSAT-KDAL for a baseball tournament. I’ll be departing at 2021-04-16T12:35:00Z and returning on the 19th of April. Should be a good flight.
