Right. Put your self in their shoes. You cant just simply forget about the other 5% or lower users that use Iphone 6,6s etc… as a business. If I were IF, i’d do the exact same thing.

Maybe a 777 sound may have been inappropriate for the a330, though.

As always they have to cater to the majority first. If they didn’t they could have reworked other aircraft instead of the A333 this time. (Quality is another issue here regarding the A333 but still.)
