Fairly Obvious Things That You Just Probably Never Thought About

Because if they hinder the 787 and 777x they won’t get as much sales

but they’ve essentially the same capacity i think…

Nah, XLR has 240 seats and 752 has 250…so I guess it’s gonna be 245?

wikipedia says exit limit is 239…

I like having 239 people and a disabled person with no legs on my flight

And a person split in half (don’t worry guys, we reassemble the person at the destination)

we still need to figure out how to transport the other half tho

Bruh why
It needs to be the 752 with 767 range (or just better range than the 757 and XLR, not in between those 2)

Just do 5,000nm range with 245 passengers, make it like 3-5% more efficient, take the best parts from every aircraft (MAX nosecone, 787 Engine Cowling, 777 style tail, etc.) and then add some new ones, and there is their plane

Oh gosh I hope not
That’d be really ugly ngl

They really just need to make a 757-8 or -9 as the -200 replacement
More efficient design. Save the 797 for later as another aircraft design

that was literally the original rendering

Yeah well I don’t really like it

It can’t/won’t be a 757 replacement anyways
Aircraft can’t be replaced, just new ones designed

We’ll just have to wait and see. Since this idea was put aside.
I’ve heard anything from this design to a new 757 or a new 767 so who knows

nah it was more like a MAX tailcone, 787 fin and 757/767/777 nose

It seems to be back up and running as of February

Woah that’s amazing

A359 is doing the best of the three though…

So Boeing is dominating the 779/35K/77W market, and Airbus doing better in the 778/A359/78X field. That’s not a bad thing.
