What I would recommend:

Chicken quesadillas
Enchiladas
FREAKING CHIPS AND GUACAMOLE OH LORD
Fish tacos (of course)
Any type of burrito

What I would not recommend:

Beef quesadillas (very oily)
Carnitas (tend to be dry)
Carne Asada Fries (if you plan to do takeout)

I would get anything there. I haven’t tried several of their menu items, but I think it would taste good.
